i can't believe i actually did what 小s teach me on KangXi:

Put a slice of cheese on top of your Korean noodles just before you off the fire.
Cheeeeesy noodles~
All i can say is, a little cheesy, a little sour plus the usual spicy and a little sticky.
i know it sounds gross.. but it's really not that bad.
